I'd allow some space for shorter talks. What about some hands-on as
well?

As a counter offer, have you considered running it as a joint event with
OSHUG in London? London University's Center for Creative Collaboration
would be a good free venue.

I've put in my availability. You might like also to consider running
noon-to-noon Saturday to Sunday, so people only need to stay one night.
