Hi Jeremy,

Sorry for the delay since launching this discussion.

Thanks very much for the offer of support - that's very generous.
Cambridge is a good choice - close to a major airport with a good
train connection to town, plenty of accommodation, and hopefully easy
to find a suitable venue. Most importantly, though, no shortage of
great pubs.

Fair points.

I think we should look into finding a date. Time flies (I swear it was
only a couple of weeks since I sent the original email, but it turns
out it's been over a month!), and before we know it, it will be upon
us!

I believe there was mention of a teleconf call (Google Hangouts worked
brilliantly last time), so perhaps we could schedule one of these for
sometime this weekend or next week to discuss this further?

However, may I suggest some possible dates (all Saturdays):
31st August
28th September
5th October
12th October

(I'm away 7, 14 and 21 September unfortunately... speaking at OHS2013
on Sept 6th actually!)

Probably August is too soon I think. I prefer a date in October. I'm
not sure it's such a big deal people are back at school/university -
it's a weekend thing and I'd like to run it in a similar way to last
year where we start after Lunch on Saturday allowing people to travel
in the morning. Cambridge is close to Stansted.

Maybe run a doodle poll again with dates to see which fits most?

And when is good for a teleconf?

Cheers

Julius
