I tried it same way and it works fine.

According to Chapter7 of AMF spec:
"When SA_AMF_CSI_ADD_ONE is set in csiFlags, csiAttr refers to the 
attributes of the newly assigned component service instance; otherwise, 
no attributes are provided,
and csiAttr is not used."
So csi attribute will be passed when component gets a new csi.
Please tell what type of operation is being done?
