Correct. The idea was not to have an arbitrary vector of attachments of 
each type, as more than one was expected to be an exception. We could 
change that expectation and make it easier to use.

Yes. You need to figure out the number of existing attachments of a type 
before you can add a new one.

I wanted to work on getting that started today. I don't know if I can
