Ignorance of Decorators is primarily used in order to ignore special 
decorators for stereo views or the tiles for cluster rendering: If e.g. 
you are rendering onto a tiled wall you usually don't want to have your 
FBO-rendered texture tiled.

If you need this as an additional feature it would be better to extend 
the FBOViewport by means of another flag like 'bool ignoreDecorators' 
(with default set to true).
