I started with an empty directory and r2003 of the code this morning. That
build failed while building OSGWindowWIN32.dll. When r2004 came through, I
updated and restarted the build without removing the build directory.

When I started the build, I had no cache. After updating to r2004, I did
have the CMakeCache.txt from the build of r2003.
