this one is more tricky to figure out, so far my attempts have not been
successful in determining what is actually causing this. The biggest
problem I have is that it only happens occasionally (so there seems to
be some sort of race involved) and if run under the debugger it hardly
ever fails.
Anyway, just wanted to let you know that I'm working on it, just no
success yet :-/
