I don't know if I'm experiencing the same problem or not but... I just got openshot-mlt 0.9.54 installed from the Debian packages, everything went smoothly but when I playback anything, video, audio, avi, m4v, mp3, wav, etc... there is a very slow playback, I mean crawling slow playback. Even in the project's files list preview its still the exact same problem.
