okay so i had the math wrong on the pic (its 256 per side on a single region)
use as a minimum RGB 1 going to 255 (smaller numbers are lower). Okay
i think i have things sorted now as a side note it is NOT 1 to 1 on
height does anybody know what the current correction is??

(you want a chunk of land to be at 25 meters what value on the map do you use??
