- map.png: note that 256 x 3 = 768 not 765

- Don't use level RGB{0, 0, 0} for the heigtmap; see map3.pngjoined  
(http://www.magalaxie.com/opensim/map3.png).
I'm not sure,  but it seems that  the value  0 for  heights  acts  
unexpectedly,  the ground  at that position  is not changed!

- with
change region root
terrain load-tile c:\map3.png 3 3 1889 2060
I got result.pngjoined  (http://www.magalaxie.com/opensim/result.png).
