Wouldn't this depend on the item, the grid, and the license? Granted*
some*items are only licensed to be used on one grid.

Are you telling me I am not allowed to create an item on my own grid, and
allow that item to be owned by anyone and used by anyone anywhere at any
time? If your grid refuses to participate that is your option. If Fleep's
grid does allow it, I am struggling to see how any theft occurred.
