Does that mean that the DATA API will identify which specific functions are available from which networks? Also, what is the specs that the networks are looking at now for the DATA API? What if I had a network and I wanted to start designing to implement the DATA API? How do you get involved in the designing of the DATA API? Thank you for your time.
