I don't see how scanning a ksh93-specific directory for plugins
_first_ (before looking someplace strange, such as /usr/lib) could
possibly be a "Solaris-specific modification."
It sounds like it's well inside the realm of general architectural
improvement.
In what way would this need to be specific to Solaris?
