  Thinking about it a bit more, one of the components in the 
constructor of beer(1), is CO2, and that does tend to overflow fairly 
easily, and isn't so bad.  In fact some take pride in generating this 
overflow, so Esophagus should be included.

  There is also another stream(4), but that is used in private (or at 
least should be).
