For what little it's worth, we didn't make a similar requirement of any
of the assorted single-malt-related projects we approved in recent
years, most notably PSARC 2005/153 Bunnahabhain.
I'm not sure why we'd burden this project team with providing us with
free samples when our past practice generally hasn't required it.
