The second claim is definitely wrong.


How many audio CDs exist that use the pregap of track 1 "feature"?


And to add more information on cue sheet recording:

cdrecord implements more cue sheet features than cdrdao and cdrecord
allows to write write cue sheet beased also in RAW mode (needed e.g.
on Pioneer drives). Cdrdao claims to allow this but it does not work.
