Well, I do not have such a CD and if I would even like to implement the festure 
in cdda2wav I would first need to create such a CD using cdrecord.

The main ussue is that it seems that only because cdrdao is harder to use than
cdrecord (because it exposes a cryptic interface to the user while cdrecord 
hides this from it's users and just makes things work) it seems that people 
pelieve that cdrdao gives more functionality but this is definitely not true.
