Thanks. I updated the one-pager in the case directory to highlight that
the SMF interfaces added are "Project Private" and the SMF interfaces
removed are "Obsolete Project Private".
I also added "PSARC 2010/013 Early Manifest Import" to the related cases
in the one-pager, just to be complete.

The SMF service names& properties should be Uncommitted. The path of
the manifest files delivering the service definitions should be Project Private,
since no one should depend on them or use them in any way, other than SMF
loading all files found in the directories it exports as public interfaces.
