Since this case does not yet have a +1, and to give more time for review
as agreed at the last PSARC meeting.
I have updated the IAM file so it says:
Status: waiting fast-track 05/05/2010
So this will give an extra week for review - this case now times out
next Wednesday.

The SMF service names& properties should be Uncommitted. The path of
the manifest files delivering the service definitions should be
Project Private,
since no one should depend on them or use them in any way, other than SMF
loading all files found in the directories it exports as public
interfaces.
