It has nothing to do with it directly. However, the issue is that adding
SIGINFO would bring the number of RT signals to 7 (if NSIG/MAXSIG isn't
bumped). This is below the minimum of 8, meaning that the total number
of signals needs to be bumped. So, the thought leading up to this is:
while NSIG/MAXSIG needs to be bumped, let an increase of the number of
RT signals ride along on this change, so that these values do not have
to be bumped again in the future.
I have no particular opinion on the number of RT signals. It was just a
"while here, make some room to avoid future hassle" item.
