Though given recent statements by the compiler team, maybe it should be,
since the act of building libc.so.1 with Studio 12 means that the compiler
team will no longer support users building their own apps with Studio 11 or
older, and building the lint libraries with Studio 12 breaks linting
applications using them with old Studio releases. (Their rule is that
at link-time, you must be using the most recent version of the compiler
used to link any object or library included in the linking.)

We've silently EOF'ed Studio 11 support with this transition.
