sure, if you're willing to recompile the vgatext driver. ;)
Then you can also change the console window size from 25x80 to others.
This seems a good opensolaris project :-)
the current font is defined in:
usr/src/uts/intel/io/vgatext/8859-1.bdf
during a standard build this file gets converted into a .c file and is
compiled into the vgatext driver. if you're using the nvidia driver
you'll also have to recompile the gfx_private module since it duplicates
a lot of the code in vgatext.
