Leaders who are enigmatic, energetic and natural people magnets. Quite often you'll get a whole following not just because of the technology, but because of the great people behind it. I'm not saying that we don't have any, just expect people to come of the woodwork over the next couple of years that will boost the project more than any single technology could [obviously, in my very humble opinion of how I've seen things across other communities].
