1. The installer as it stands now will only install Solaris in the first HD. However, you can physically switch your hard discs around, then swab back once you finish the installation (& implement multi-boot from your first disc). 2. To install Solaris in one of the partitions, you must press the "reset" button during custom installation. The "default" option will take over the entire disc. > Oh, well, there's always linux. It's probably a good idea to be proficient with Linux first, then you'll appreciate Solaris better.
