Last night I started playing with VirtualBox in an attempt to get it to
run on a Cobalt Raq 4, running Redhat EL 3. ;-) Hey, it's all about
"trying the impossible" . . . .

I'm not out of the woods yet, but my next issue will be the choice of
guest OS. Solaris 10 (preferably SXDE) would of course be my first
choice, but while reading (and posting on) the VirtualBox forums, I got
the impression that Solaris as either a host or guest OS, is still
"Mission Impossible". In a sense that it has worked for only a few
people with very specific combinations of host OS distro / version, some
certain VirtualBox version and which Solaris they used as guest OS.

If all of that info was right, there is still an uphill road ahead of
us!! But I would love it to hear here (or better on the VirtualBox Forum
in the "other OS" :-) category) some success stories about people that
were successful with using Solaris 10 as either host or guest OS.

Let's spread the word......
Willem
