Allow me to piggyback on this. We have a couple of applications that we must use in our enterprise that run on Solaris 10. Normally we've used Sun servers, but I can get an even better equipped Xserve from Apple for about half the price. Would it work to wipe the boot drive on the Xserve and just install Solaris to run natively on it?
