And so, you've completely not answered my question at all and thus left
this dangling yet again (as I've seen more than a few times whenever
this issue comes up from you).  I'm neck deep in project work and have
no time to say 'Sure, send me everything about this and I'll get it
done'.  But without all the information, I can't even help you find the
sticking points and possibly offer guidance on how to get unstuck.
Collaboration is a two-way street.

At this point, I can only presume that you have no real interest in
resolving whatever the issue is or was and that PSARC/2004/480 is going
to continue to live in limbo until either you decide to work to get it
integrated (as other non-Sun contributors have managed to do quite
successfully) or Sun comes up with a business justification to approve
of using limited resources to do whatever needs doing to get it
integrated above and beyond what would be required for sponsoring a
putback from the community.

With that said, your statement that Sun can't be collaborated with is
blatantly false.  There's ample evidence quite to the contrary.
