I forgot to mention that I also need 'nvclock'. It was in the Linux world I just came from.
I do NOT overclock my 8800GTS. What I do with this utility is force the fan to full speed upon startup. (I put it in init scripts under Linux.) I really do not like how hot the GPU gets before NV's own bios cranks it up. Heat is the enemy of electronics. I can get the source easy enough, but can I compile it, and will it work?
