This is the xchm package at the www.blastwave.org repository: http://www.blastwave.org/packages.php/xchm
it's in the "unstable tree" so be careful when using it (might have possibly have a bug in there). I've been wanting to try it myself but haven't had the time to get around to it. If you want to use blastwave's pkg-get to install this, you need to set up and install pkg-get correctly.
