Thanks Glenn. I poked around the system and managed to get the following interrupt information from the system. Doesn't look to me that there is an interrupt problem. Apart from the normal Intel board the only additional stuff is the two Silicon image SATAs card on the pci express bus which are showing up in the interrupt list. Does it look good to you?
