How do I get a working compiler w/o having a working ethernet connection? Or without a working compiler, how can I get an ethernet driver for the Nvidia GeForce 7000M / nForce 610M so I can make ethernet work?
Installing Studio 12 from CD doesn't install the standard C headers which leaves me no way to compile the nfo driver for the Nvidia ethernet chipset. Compiling on U5 produces relocation errors when I move the object to snv_86. Why were the BSD license Murayama drivers not included? They are needed by quite a few laptops. In any event, there needs to be a sneaker net way install new device drivers. Depending on a working ethernet connection doesn't work very well.
