You need to access you PC's BIOS setup and configure the PCI slot where
your NIC card is installed with an IRQ that is free. so that it does not
conflict with with the IRQ used by the Audio device.
Usually you enter the PC Bios by pressing either the DEL key or the F2
key immediately after the PC is POWERD ON.
The BIOS usually has a Setup TAB/Choise for configuring IRQ's on PCI
slots.
The slots usually are set to AUTO, which you need to change.
Look on you motherboard SCHEMATIC so you know how the SLOTS are numbered
and change the IRQ allocation on the slot where you NIC card is installed.
