It sounds like you have multiple root partitions that contain a boot sub 
directory, Hove you loaded Solaris on more then one partition, i.e luupgrade or 
DVD install
you could reboot the install dvd, select edit in the grub menu , boot into 
single user mode on kernel adding a -s to the options , then you could :

mount /dev/dsk/cXdXsX /a

look in the /boot/grub for a menu.lst file in one of the partitions, copy it 
over to the boot correct boot area vi and update the hd values.

If that does not work, boot on the dvd into single user mode and run newfs on 
each of the root partitions, (assuring you have your data backed up some where)
