I understand your problem for getting connected to internet, First indentify your systems Network Interface Adapter make and chipset and download the relevant modules for your NIC Card from http://homepage2.nifty.com/mrym3/taiyodo/eng/ and just follow the methods mentioned in README.txt. and load the necessary module and bring your Interface up. From there i will make your work easy, im attaching script for which you only need to change your nameserver Ip, system's static IP, Default route Ip,Netmask address and just run the script after doing this. It will get connect to the internet. The same here for diconnect also the script is attached.
