Yes it is on the OpenSolaris Live CD but it is not particularly useful since it doesn't do most of the things you would expect it to. Gparted depends on filesystem-specific libraries to perform operations on partitions and the filesystems they contain. Most of these libraries are not available on (Open)Solaris. Specifically gparted on the OpenSolaris Live CD it is unable to resize Windows NTFS partitions.
