BTW, please note that (at least in the current repository), there are
already separate pages for ERR_get_error, ERR_peek_error, ERR_GET_LIB,
ERR_GET_FUNC, ERR_GET_REASON, ERR_clear_error, ERR_remove_state,
ERR_put_error, ERR_add_error_data, ... So, all the ERR_<whatever>
functions already have exactly the manpages you ask for are already
there, which makes (verifyable by actually looking more closely, which
I just did) the err(3) page even more a concept description rather
than a functon description. I assume the err(3) page should move to
openssl_err(3) or openssl(7) or maybe err(7), for I see no other way
out at this point...
