I know of two with proven interoperability, Valicert and CertCo.
I believe Verisign and Computer Associates, too. At one point, Ambarish
of Valicert (who I believe is on this list), was trying to pull together
an interop festival.

You might look at Identrus, www.identrus.com, since their requirement
for OCSP drove many vendors, and see what partners and vendors they
list.
