version of the entire package.  the "apache-ssl" package.


much like:
mod_ssl-2.8.0-1.3.17
        ^^^^^
version of the modssl package.

mod_ssl-2.8.0-1.3.17
              ^^^^^^
version of apache it was made for/etc.

both of them require openssl (0.9.5a or higher, probably), but the goal of
those projects isn't to be an extension to openssl--but rather an
extension to apache.
