Unfortunately, I think there are too many open questions in the spec right now to make this FFE worthy. Could those questions be answered to before the EOW? With those questions answered, we'll be able to provide a more, realistic, vote. Also, I'd like us to evaluate how mature the implementation[0] is and the likelihood of it addressing the concerns/comments in time. For now, it's a -1 from me.
