Xvnc's "man" page says vncconfig is a necessary companion to vncserver/Xvnc:

      -SendCutText
              Send clipboard changes to clients (default is on).  Note
that you must
              also run vncconfig(1) to get the clipboard to work.


       -AcceptCutText
              Accept  clipboard updates from clients (default is on).
Note that you
              must also run vncconfig(1) to get the clipboard to work.

...But, vncconfig doesn't exist in any of the vnc RPM's???
