I know Jay Bose (who was working with me at the time) did some
Dreamweaver integration for WW1.x... It was basically just to allow it
to know about the taglib and the available tags/attributes. 

What are you looking for, exactly? Like the GUI workflow stuff that ties
together Struts actions in some of the tools? I don't know of anyone
doing that... Does anyone know anything about building this kind of
plugin?
