That's just sad.  You know there are plenty of good books, manuals on Chevy Nova's too 
but that doesn't mean it is a good car!  I'm surprised by your request for IDE 
plug-ins, I to have no desire to use such a tool for such a simple task but is this 
what the industry is asking for?  I have heard of the same requests on the Expresso 
project and thought that this was crazy but maybe there are a lot of developers out 
there that can't edit a xml or properties files.
