uboot has nothing to do what is connected to pcie (imho). Do you have

I've not got a jtag for the board but I understand how it works, I've
tried his prebuild uboot binary but he has only put up a .kwb which as I
understand it has a 200byte header on that you need to allow for with
the go command?
If I understood the process right you need to tftp it to 0x800000 and
then go from 0x800200
That binary also fails with the same CPU reset if I try and chain it.
