I just checked, it's there.

make menuconfig -> Target System -> scroll down -> "Intel IPX4xx" (and
at least Marvell Orion+Kirwood arm)

That's about everything i know regarding embedded arm, because for me
it just works from here and i'm only using IXP4xx and Kirkwood based
devices (Sheevaplug, NSLU2, WRV54G).
