Unsurprisingly, untagged VLAN 1 traffic.

Interesting.  What is your theory?  And given that it's untagged on all
other ports that don't have a tagged vlan on them also, why do you think
this will solve the problem?

In fact I had to add the "vid '100'" to "vlan '2'" to get it to tag the
right vlan.  Perhaps simply changing that to "vlan '100'" would negate
the need for the "vid '100'".  I guess it was just luci that decided to
use "vlan '2'" for it even though it's vid should be 100.
