Try setting the vlan and vid for the guest network to 3 or 4. Some
hardware (the TPlink 1043 for example) gets fussy about high vlan IDs
and in some cases, vlan 2 is used for WAN.
Switching to vlan 3 or 4 should let you see if that is the case on
your hardware as well.
