I think the problem is an incorrect configuration (your server  
complains about not being able to find its PKI realm). You MUST  
configure at least one realm correctly, otherwise the server will not  
start properly.

In your config the pki_realm name is set to the empty string. Change  
this into something that is not empty and retry:

   <pki_realm name="gimmeaname...">
