Hi,
these messages are shown because OpenXPKI currently does not have a
client (Javascript) side Russian translation.
And it looks like there is currently no fallback to English.
If you want to help improve the situation, you could translate this file
into Russian:

Not as far as I can remember. We had a really nice working
relationship with the team at the time.
I am sorry to hear that the Russian translation is botched. At
that time there were no good language translation tools available,
nowadays we at least perform some sanity checks on submitted
translation work.
