It is too US centric in terms of banners and campaign proper. We need a "Stop 
GCHQ” logo and we cannot promote a banner asking people to sign up to a US 
campaign.

But invariably it will reach the UK and people will wonder what we are doing. 
It seems that we may have to at least acknowledge it somehow.
