There is an article in the recent CDSS Affiliate News about using Zeffy to allow for electronic payments at dances. It says there is no fee for non-profits. I looked at the site, but was unable to find any details on what was needed to show your group is a non-profit. Does your organization need to be incorporated as a non-profit? Are only 501(c)3 organizations allowed, or can they be other types of non-profit corporations? What proof do you need to provide that your group is a non-profit organization?
